Privacy Policy
TD Jones Group, Public Services Realty. Last updated November 2, 2026.
What we collect
When you use a tool or send a request on this site, we collect the name, email address, mobile phone number and request details you type (for example an address for Check Comps or home worth). When you submit a form we also record your IP address, browser type and the time, as proof of your request and any consent you gave. The site also stores a random ID in this site's storage in your browser, so you are not asked to sign up again. The ID does not contain your name or contact details, but it is sent with each request you submit and linked to the details you give us, so your requests can be grouped together. It is not used to follow you on other websites. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
How we use it
Your details go to Toni and Damorow Jones of TD Jones Group, Public Services Realty, so they can answer your request and talk with you about real estate. If you tick the optional box, they may call or text you, including by automated means; reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Where it is kept
Your request is emailed to Toni and Damorow Jones and saved in a contact list kept by Sandra Restored It, the web vendor for TD Jones Group. We do not sell your information.
Who else handles it
Our website host (Cloudflare) and the service that stores the contact list and sends the request emails (Google) handle this information for us. Map tiles and listing photos load from outside servers (the map tile provider and the MLS photo service), which receive your device's IP address as any website does; they do not receive the details you type. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check that runs in your browser and sees your IP address and browser details.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until you ask us to delete it. If you ask us to stop calls or texts, we keep a short record of that request so we can honor it.
Tracking
This site uses no advertising or analytics trackers, does not track you across other websites, and does not change its behaviour for Do Not Track signals.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

To see, correct or delete your information, email damorow@tdjonesgroup.com or call Toni and Damorow Jones, Public Services Realty, at 904-679-2777. We handle deletion requests within 10 days.
Listing data
